As an artist, Katherine Dorn see’s the human face as the ultimate canvas. Her passion is to reveal the uniquely exquisite beauty of each of her valued clients by expertly highlighting their finest features. Her portfolio showcases a wide range of venue’s such as: Private in Home Makeup Services & Private Lessons, Photoshoots, On-Set/Film Work, Fashion Shows, Prosthetics/Detailed Facepaints, and Katherine specializes in Bridal Makeup and Bridal party packages. After Attending New York City’s Best, Makeup Designory (MUD) in 2009, Dorn has worked in several city hotspots such as Shara Makeup Studio in the Pierre Hotel, Gotham Beauty Lounge, Maybelline Campus tour “Kisses for Troops”, and has been the Head Makeup Artist at the famous Pierre Michel Salon in Midtown Manhattan to over 150 hairstylists/hair colorists for over 6 years now. Dorn has a variety of clients from professionals at Law Firms, SportsIllustrated models, HBO producers, and Ambassadors. Dorn has been quoted in Harpers Bazaar online, HUDABEAUTY online, interviewed by Seventeen Magazine for Winky Lux, and featured on MSN.COM and TODAY.COM
